Morganstone began work on three developments on the 1st July
The 1st July was a big day for Morganstone as we began work on three new schemes: Lon Brynawel, Parc Eirin and Pen Y Fai.
Lon Brynawel is located in Swansea and continues our strong working partnership with the Pobl Group. The development will involve the complete design and build of 16 x 3-bed social let houses and will address the growing need for affordable housing in Swansea.
Pen Y Fai is located in Bridgend and will consist of 20 x four and five-bedroom houses, all for sale through Pennant Homes. Pen Y Fai follows on from Morganstone and Pennant’s prestigious Quayside SA1 development which consisted of 49 properties with 22 houses for sale and 27 apartments that were made available for rent via Coastal Housing Group.
Parc Eirin is being built in partnership with Pobl, Tirion Homes and Sero Energy and is located in Tonyrefail. The scheme will be the largest development to utilise new types of energy efficient technology and is set to be used to showcase a new form of innovative housing.
The cutting-edge technology that will be showcased at Parc Eirin will include electric car chargers for every home and an intelligent management system that will generate, store and distribute energy.
