At Morganstone, we value the importance of supporting the local communities within which our projects are developed, and maintaining positive relationships with our neighbours.
As proud members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, our aim is to leave our communities with a positive legacy as a result of our Community Engagement. We understand that a pro-active approach to community engagement is vital from the outset, in order to keep local people informed and to ensure that inconvenience to residents and businesses due to construction, refurbishment or maintenance works is minimised.
Since Morganstone’s formation in 2008, we have proudly contributed towards a wide range of Community Engagement initiatives, supporting a variety of local projects, causes, organisations and initiatives.
Our Community Engagements include Ospreys in the Community’s TACKLE programme, mosques, community centres, youth sports clubs and hospital visits with Father Christmas and the Easter bunny plus many more.
The future of construction lies with the generations to come so we continuously work with local comprehensives and colleges to provide career and construction talks to ignite a passion and interest in them to work in the Construction industry. We also work closely with colleges, employment agencies and charitable organisations to offer apprenticeships and work placements.
