Morganstone is the principal contractor and the principal designer on a new development at Lon Brynawel which is located in the Llansamlet area of Swansea.
The development is being built in partnership with Pobl and will look to build on the successful working relationship held between the two parties.
Lon Brynawel will involve the complete design and build of 16 x 3-bed social let houses and will address the growing need for affordable housing in the Swansea area.
Work began on the development on the 1st July 2019 and was completed in Summer 2020.
