The following accreditations provide a benchmark across the company to ensure all our construction services are delivered responsibly whilst meeting and exceeding the individual aims and needs of our customers:
Considerate Constructors
As part of our commitment to promoting a positive image within local communities every one of the company’s sites is individually registered under the scheme.
The company is committed to adhering to the Considerate Constructor’s Code of Practice and we are continually assessed in the following key areas to ensure we:

- Protect the environment
- Secure everyone’s safety
- Value the workforce
Since 2015 all of our construction sites have been awarded Performance Beyond Compliance Certificates; and in 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016 we were awarded with the silver award, and in 2017 the bronze award at the Considerate Constructor National company awards.
SMAS
Being a SMAS Worksafe Contractor demonstrates our commitment to health and safety competence. We continue to maintain this accreditation by organising and managing health and safety across all our developments with our own comprehensive Health and Safety Management procedures chosen by our dedicated Site Manager.
