Morganstone’s ‘Meet the Buyer’ event goes down as a success

Representatives from Morganstone and various partners of Morganstone were on hand as over 150 people attended the successful ‘Meet the Buyer’ event that was held at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday 29th November.

Various Morganstone departments were at the event including: Buying, Estimating, Commercial and Community.

The partners that were present at the event included the following: Coleg Sir Gar, Neath Port Talbot College, Gower College Cyfle Building Skills, Y Prentis, Ospreys in the Community, Construction Futures Wales and CITB.

The morning began with an introduction from our Business Development Director, Stuart Davies, who thanked everyone for attending and then passed over to our Managing Director, Ian Morgan.

Ian’s speech went on to tell the lotus floweresque story of Morganstone as it was born out of the murky water that was the 2008 financial disaster. Ian then handed over to our Head of Commercial, John Durkan, who introduced each of the Morganstone employees that were present at the event.

It was then straight to talking business as each of the Morganstone employees held separate meetings with the attendees depending on their trade and each found themselves fully booked all morning.
