Bridgend College enjoy site visit to Parc Eirin for National Apprenticeship Week

As part of Morganstone’s National Apprenticeship Week programme of events; Level 1 and 2 Brickwork students from Bridgend College were recently invited to a site visit at our innovative Parc Eirin development. The visit formed part of Morganstone’s ongoing relationship with Bridgend College.

Community Engagement Manager, Nia Collard commented, “It’s been a pleasure hosting another site visit with Bridgend College. We’re always excited to show the students around our developments and bring their classroom knowledge to life.”

Parc Eirin is Morganstone’s largest development. The scheme will provide 225 homes for clients’ POBL Living and Tirion Homes, spanning over 5 phases. The scheme is of particular interest to educational providers, due to the innovative technology being utilised by energy partner, Sero Energy. This will include: hybrid batteries, solar panels, electric car chargers and an intelligent management system, generating, storing and distributing energy.

Morganstone are excited to welcome future visits from the college as the Parc Eirin development progresses.
