We are pleased to have begun the groundwork on a £6.6 million project which will bring 49 houses and flats to Swansea’s SA1.
The prestigious new-build development, next to the Village Hotel on Langdon Road, is part of our ongoing partnership with Coastal Housing Group and South Wales property developer Pennant Homes, part of Coastal Housing Group.
Once completed, the scheme will see 22 townhouses offered for sale via Pennant and 27 apartments to be offered for rent through housing association Coastal.
