Andrew has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, in various roles and has held the position of Pre-Development Director for the last 20 years.

Andrew commenced his journey as a Trainee Estimator and then followed a progression path of Estimator, Design Co-ordinator, Design Manager, Technical Director and Company Director. His experience covers all facets of construction in Commercial, Education, Health and Residential sectors.

As Pre-Development Director, Andrew leads the pre-construction team and has a comprehensive knowledge of cost planning and detailed financial appraisals of construction costs and ensures compliance with Employer’s requirements.
