Spade in the Ground event at College Road

Representatives from Morganstone, Linc Cymru and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council all gathered on Friday the 5th of October for a ‘spade in the ground’ event for the College Road development in Ebbw Vale. The event officially marked the commencement of construction works for an independent living complex to compliment Linc’s existing care home, adjacent to the new site.

The development will consist of 27 one bed apartments and six one bed bungalows with a communal garden and parking. The event was a significant milestone in the development phase of the scheme and was celebrated accordingly by all who attended.

The event began with some words from Linc Cymru, and our Business development director Stuart Davies who had this to say about the development,

“I’m very excited about working with Linc Cymru to bring forward such an important scheme for the local community of Ebbw Vale, the assisted living scheme is a further continuation of a strong relationship held between Morganstone and Linc Cymru”.
