Premier Guarantee Regional Winner! Letterston Development

Morganstone would like to congratulate site manager Chris Weaver on winning The Regional Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards. This is an excellent achievement for the company and everybody involved with the Letterston development for Millbay Homes. This achievement goes a long way to show the high standards the company sets within the construction industry.

This year there were over a thousand developments, making the 2013 Excellence Awards the most competitive year Premier Guarantee have seen to date.

Morganstone revealed some outstanding quality from the countries best developers who worked through extreme cold temperatures last winter, followed by record rainfall and then the blistering heat of a memorable summer that the tradesmen had to endure. The new build project consisted of the demolition of the old farm building, construction of all infrastructure servicing 11 new build 2 and 3 bedroom traditionally constructed homes, in the village of Letterston, Haverfordwest. Works at the site have now been completed and photos can be seen below.

It has been a pleasure to be involved with Millbay Homes’ first sales development at Longstone Farm, Letterston. We have worked closely with Millbay on this project assisting with the planning process, specification development and costs viability and look forward to working with them again in the near future.
