Morganstone are thrilled to have been awarded a place on the South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework (SWWRCF) for six lots over the next four years.
Morganstone can continue to develop its long standing relationships with local authorities in Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea, having also already worked on numerous contracts for the Carmarthenshire Housing Standards Framework over the last four years.
The Framework will give Morganstone the opportunity to work in different sectors including education, health, and capital buildings in addition to residential sectors. The estimated workload over the period of the whole framework is £850 million.
The announcement follows closely after Morganstone was also appointed to the RCT Homes Datblygu Cymru Framework for new build residential and mixed use homes throughout Wales.
Ian Morgan, managing director of Morganstone, said:
“We are really proud to have secured a place on the South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework. Being involved in such projects allows us to develop a robust pipeline of work that, in turn, means we can grow and continue to employ more people from the local area.”
