Morganstone Win Two New Contracts

Morganstone are delighted at the news that we have been successfully awarded two new projects.

The two projects will be a great addition to our ever expanding portfolio whilst maintaining relationships with key clients across our operative areas covering South East and South West Wales.

(Phase 1) Imble Lane, Pembroke Dock – Pembrokeshire Housing Association

This project consists of 35no dwellings in a mixture of Flats and houses of various sizes for Phase 1 whilst constructing the necessary infrastructure for future Phases being developed on the site. We look forward to working closely with PHA on this project to continue to build on our ongoing relationship.

Old Furnace House, Melyn, Neath – NPT Homes

This project is made up of 11no 2B houses and 4no 1P flats being developed at the former Old Furnace House building in Neath. This will be the first time we have worked with NPT Homes and hope this is the start of a successful partnership for this and future projects.
