Morganstone success at National Constructing Excellence Awards
Constructing Excellence National Award Winner 2022!
After success at the Constructing Excellence in Wales awards in June, we are pleased to announce that Morganstone has been awarded the National Residential Property of the Year 2022 Award by Constructing Excellence.
This award is fantastic recognition of all the work our team have put into our new low carbon homes at our Parc Eirin Development. The cutting-edge project has delivered 225 sustainable homes for Tonyrefail and the Ely Valley with the vision of a greener future in mind. The development is the largest of its kind in the UK and combines innovative, high specification technology to reduce carbon emissions, help eradicate fuel poverty and offer residents a truly affordable option of living.
Through collaboration and innovation, Parc Eirin has overcome a range of challenges, including untrialled collaboration of technology, collective energy management, covid impacts and difficult site geology and through this learning is set to reshape the way renewable energy sources are integrated onto future residential developments.
