The exceptional quality and high standards delivered by a site manager at local construction company Morganstone has been recognized at a construction industry awards covering the South Wales Region.
Chris Weaver won the Highly Commended Site Manager Award at the South Wales Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Warranty Regional Site Manager Awards held at The Vale Resort Hotel, Vale of Glamorgan, on Friday April 17.
The award specifically related to Weaver’s work as site manager at Parc Y Dderwen, Cwm Tawe, Pontardawe.
Parc Y Dderwen, a partnership between Morganstone and Pennant Homes, will see 80 new properties developed over four phases. Once completed, the site will feature bungalows, two, three, and four bedroom houses.
The LABC Warranty Regional and National Site Manager Awards give recognition and reward for site managers who have achieved the highest standards of construction. Regional events are run by the regional groups of the LABC Awards programme.
