Children and adults at a number of charities, hospitals and care and support services across South Wales benefitted from the kindness of staff at a local construction company who donated more than 100 Easter eggs over the bank holiday weekend.
Llanelli based Morganstone continued its tradition of spreading some Easter magic by delivering eggs to Llamau Homeless Charity, Morriston Hospital’s Children’s Ward, Beddau Children’s Community Home and Llantrisant Care Home.
The Easter eggs were donated by Morganstone staff and contractors who work for the firm.
Morganstone project manager Chris Weaver, who helped to distribute the eggs, said he was thrilled with the donations the company received.
“Once again staff at Morganstone have been exceptional with their donations to our Easter egg giveaway. This year, the decision was made to not only visit Morriston Hospital, but to also donate eggs to other charities where we felt could benefit from some Easter cheer.”
