As part of our community benefits plan at Parc Eirin, we donated £1,500 to Gilfach Goch Community Association (GGCA) so they are able to purchase food to support those in need in the local area.
Gilfach Goch Community Association work in partnership with FareShare Cymru to allow them to multiply the amount of money donated, therefore being able to buy both fresh and longer life products, as well as helping more people.
Parc Eirin is a partnership with Morganstone, Pobl Group, Sero and Tirion Homes to develop a total of 225 two, three and four bedroom low carbon homes with a mixture of for sale and for rental properties. The scheme has been supported by funding through the Welsh Government’s Innovative Housing Programme, to demonstrate and promote the delivery of low carbon homes in Wales.
Supporting the local community is always at the heart of what we do and in these challenging times, we recognise it’s more important than ever to support those most in need. We’re delighted that we were able to contribute to the fantastic work that GGCA and FareShare are doing to support families facing very tough situations
