Morganstone continues partnership with ITS providing new job opportunities for the local community

Morganstone are pleased to be continuing our partnership with ITS Cymru, providing sustainable job opportunities for the local community.

Following on from the success of our Grovesend development, Morganstone joined forces with ITS again to provide new employment opportunities for young people in the Gowerton area.

Regan joined ITS via the Communities for Work scheme with Swansea Council in September, and is now working as a Gateman on our Gorwydd Road site. Covid-19 affected lots of young people looking for work, but through the Communities for Work scheme Regan was supported to create a CV and apply for jobs. Now Regan has been successful gaining full time employment he continues to be supported by ITS and Morganstone in his new onsite role. Regan has really thrived since starting on site, he has received new training and is learning new skills each day.

We look forward to continuing to support local people into employment through our partnership with ITS and replicating this success story on our other projects across South Wales.
