Morganstone - Seven Nominations Seven Days

Morganstone Celebrates Seven Award Nominations In Seven Days!

Morganstone celebrated receiving seven accolades in seven days recently with an award win and six shortlist nominations following in quick succession for the company. The accolades came from three UK industry bodies, LABC, RICS and the Considerate Constructor Scheme.

Firstly, we received the news that we had won an award for Best High-Volume Housing Development from LABC Neath Port Talbot Building Excellence Awards for our scheme at Parc Y Dderwen, Pontardawe.

This was closely followed by a welcome email to say two of our projects Leonard Charles House, Swansea and Old Oak Housing Co-operative, Carmarthen had been shortlisted in the RICS Wales Awards and then – the cherry on the cake – a notice from a work colleague (accompanied by several exclamations marks!) to let us know that FOUR of our projects – Schooner Way, Cardiff; Coed-Y-Lan, Pontypridd; Pembrokeshire College and Parc Y Dderwen have been shortlisted for the Considerate Constructor Scheme National Site Awards …

Many thanks to our various partners on the developments and huge congratulations to all our teams involved – a massive effort and commitment has gone into achieving this incredible result and Morganstone will be putting on a good show at the regional and national finals in due course. Stay tuned!
