Morganstone were fortunate enough to attend another mock interview day hosted by Ospreys in the Community at the Liberty Stadium.
The event is held as part of Ospreys in the Community’s TACKLE Employability Programme, which is aimed at people aged 18-24 who are not in education, employment or training.
The first part of the day consisted of various TACKLE attendees taking part in interviews with Morganstone’s Community Engagement Manager – Nia Collard, Ospreys in the Community and Neath Port Talbot College.
The day was broken up by some excellent food put on by the Liberty Stadium which powered everyone up ready for the feedback session in the afternoon.
Dorian Evans, who heads up the TACKLE programme, was over the moon with the success of the event, adding:
‘The mock interview day was a great experience for everyone that took part. It allowed candidates to make mistakes and learn from them as they gained constructive feedback from industry professionals like Morganstone. By giving the candidates feedback, it will allow them to approach their next real interview from an informed perspective’.
Alec Thomas from Neath Port Talbot College, also enjoyed the day:
‘It was great to support the mock interviews, I was highly impressed with the candidates who attended and their confidence with asking questions regarding their feedback. The level of interest was second to none’.
