Morganstone and Pennant Homes aim to make it happen

Morganstone and new homes developer, Pennant homes are giving one lucky organisation the chance to put forward their project or ideas to win the opportunity to get those jobs done.

Morganstone and Pennant are offering their time and expertise in the form of three trades people and four willing volunteers who will work with the winning organisation over five days to ‘make it happen’. Applicants must be from an independent charitable or not-for-profit organisation and must also be based within a 5 mile radius of Pennant’s Maes y Ffynnon development.

The Gorslas development is a joint venture between Pennant and Morganstone and builds upon the companies’ already strong business relationship.

Sandra Marsh, sales manager at Pennant said, ‘Making it happen is a fantastic way for us to get involved with the local community. Maes y Ffynnon represents our first new homes site in Carmarthenshire so it’s important for us to be able to give something back to nearby organisations.’

Ian Morgan, managing director at Morganstone said, ‘We are keen to start work with the winning group. It’s a great opportunity for the staff to be able to share their expertise with the winners. Good luck to all those who enter the competition!’

Pennant acquired the former Tom Jones Garden Centre site and has planned a development of 53 two-bed, three-bed, and four-bed homes. Work on the £6.5million development has now begun and will be completed during 2015, with the sales and marketing suite open Thursday – Monday, 10am -5pm.
