Can you tell us a little about your career so far?
I have spent all of my working career in the building industry having been a Sales Manager with the Berkeley Group, Part Exchange Manager and latterly Head of Customer Care for Barratt Homes, Bristol for a period of 16 years. I have significant experience within large organisations in selling and effective solution of customer issues in a wide variety of developments from high rise apartment buildings, refurbishment and traditional houses.
What does your new role involve?
My new role within Morganstone will involve being a liaison point between our customers, clients, tradesmen and suppliers, providing an on-time effective solution to customer issues. I will be responsible in overseeing and managing this in line with Company and NHBC guidelines.
What are you looking forward to about your new role?
I am really looking forward to working with Morganstone as the product is so diverse and exciting times and challenges are ahead.
Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I enjoy keeping fit, walking and horse riding. I have owned an ex race horse for the past 11 years.
