Lon Brynawel plays host to visit from NPTC for National Apprenticeship Week

Carpentry students studying at Neath Port Talbot College, recently visited Morganstone’s Lon Brynawel development, Llansamalet. The visit formed part of a series of initiatives throughout National Apprenticeship Week, aimed at encouraging new talent into the industry.

Students were introduced to Morganstone through an on site induction and presentation on the company and the development. Site Manager, Stephen Lomas was then joined by Assistant Site Manager, Rhodri Perkins: the pair gave their tips and insights into the world of construction, along with pearls of wisdom picked up along the way. The group were then guided around the development, observing live activities on their route.

The development will consist of sixteen, three bedroom properties, available for social let, for client POBL Group. Morganstone are excited to welcome NPTC students to our Westacres development, at Summerland Lane, Caswell in March.
