Local construction firm shows its support for the Llandybie Tournament in memory of a close friend

Morganstone has pledged its support to Glynhir Golf Club’s Llandybie Tournament, which takes place this month.

The tournament will see 46 teams compete and all funds raised will go to Doug Davies Memorial charity. The Llanelli-based construction firm has a close relationship with the charity with Managing Director Ian Morgan being close friends with Doug.

“It’s great to be involved and support such an amazing charity, which offers invaluable help and advice to the wider South Wales community. More importantly, our involvement in the tournament is also in memory of a great friend,” said Ian.

Morganstone always makes an effort to engage with the local community and support charities throughout the area. In addition to the tournament, Morganstone offers key sponsorship to a variety of local and professional sports clubs, and has launched a wide range of community projects to lend their skills to those less fortunate.

“The Llandybie Tournament is our latest step to supporting the area, and we look forward to continuing to help in whichever way we can,” concluded Ian.
