Llanelli-based construction firm Morganstone has announced a selection of new additions after significant growth results in company-wide jobs boost.
The company, which was founded by Ian Morgan, has grown dramatically since its inception in 2008. Forecasting a turnover of £18 million this year, the firm has further invested in their workforce by recruiting new members of staff at various levels.
Martin Jones has joined Morganstone as Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, Ian Nurden joins as Site Engineer whilst Stuart Jones has taken an office based role as Development Manager. Other new additions include Project Manager Phil Wilmington and Site Manager Ceri Hughes.

Since 2008 Morganstone has secured a number of high profile contracts with public sector organisations, housing associations and private developers. Thanks to the new staff additions and Morganstone’s partnership with Carmarthenshire Construction Training Association Ltd (CCTAL) via its Shared Apprenticeship Scheme, the firm now employs more than 80 staff.
