Final time lapse for Schooner Way

We are delighted to release our time lapse video of our Schooner Way development, which is nearing completion. We are immensely proud of the project, and this video gives a fascinating insight as to how the development proceeded.

The footage was filmed with Site Eye between February 2017 and November 2018 and shows the site coming into fruition over this period.

The project consists of 85 apartments and 32 houses with the apartment block sitting seven storeys in height, and was developed for Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA). It overlooks Bute East Dock in Cardiff Bay.

Schooner Way follows on from our successful Hamadryad Court Scheme which was also developed for CCHA.
