Contract Award Announcement: Beacon Hill, Townhill

Morganstone are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the construction phase of the exciting new Beacon Hill development in Townhill, Swansea. Following our partnership on a number of prestigious recent developments, including Parc Eirin, Nant Y Glo and Gorwydd Road we are absolutely delighted to continue our relationship with Pobl Group to transform the former University of Wales Trinity St David’s campus in to an outstanding and desirable development to live, with arguably the best views in South Wales.

The development will be preserving the historically important 1912 College building, retaining its period features whilst combined with modern construction methods.

The three-year project includes 165 new homes being provided for affordable sale and rent.

Morganstone are just finalising the demolition phase of the project and are delighted to continue on to the next phase of this flag ship development. We would like to thank all the stakeholders from the client, Local Authority, Welsh Government and our consultants who have worked tirelessly to help the project become a reality.
