Morganstone has been taken on as Principal Contractor for a new development, The Pines, at Treboeth, Swansea.

The development will be constructed on behalf of the Coastal Housing Group continuing the successful partnership that has been built up over the past years.

The scheme will be a mixed residential development of 28 units consisting of 16 one bedroom flats, 4 two bedroom flats, 3 two bedroom houses and 5 three bedroom houses.

Two retail units (one large, one small) will also be built on the ground floor area of the flat development.
