The Kilns, Llangwn

Morganstone are partnering with ateb Group on The Kilns, a new development nestled in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside.

When completed, The Croft will offer 67 high-quality homes, providing much-needed housing for the local community.
This project is designed to meet a variety of local needs. Of the 67 homes, 22 will be available for shared ownership through Mill Bay Homes, helping individuals and families take their first step onto the property ladder. The remaining homes will be available for rent, providing a mix of options to ensure more people have access to a great place to live. We’re proud to be part of a project that is creating new homes in such a stunning location.
