The Bush Hotel, Swansea

Once a popular South Wales haunt, The Bush Hotel was set to be transformed into a mixed use property. Despite the project’s location on a busy junction, which made scaffolding its exterior particularly difficult, the former public house was transformed into four self-contained flats on the first floor and a commercial space on the ground floor, which would be let in the future.

In addition to developing a bespoke health and safety plan for the project, the team completed major conversion and refurbishment to turn this forgotten public house into a gem within the South Wales community.

Our team completed demolition, asbestos removal, roof maintenance and construction to bring The Bush Hotel project to completion.
