Re-establishing an existing partnership with client Tai Tarian, Morganstone are delighted to be principle contractor for the Parc Newydd Development, situated in the heart of Briton Ferry.

The project consisted of the demolition of an existing block of flats, prior to the construction of 12 one-bedroom apartments, 6 two-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom dwellings, 2 three-bedroom dwellings and 1 four-bed dwelling. The works will also included all associated drainage, attenuation and highways works, alongside one streetlighting column being removed, and four new columns being installed.

Demolition works commenced in July 2019, followed by superstructure works. The project was completed September 2021.
