As well as working with a series of housing associations and public sector bodies to deliver high quality developments, we also cater to private clients throughout South Wales looking to complete design, construction or planned maintenance.

The Nantlais project saw the Morganstone team complete an extensive refurbishment to an existing bungalow, this included the construction of two large extensions to almost double the size of the property. As always our in-house designers formed an instrumental part of the Morganstone team, and we liaised with the client and architect to incorporate a series of special disabled adaptations, such as a rise and fall kitchen and bathroom, throughout this bespoke renovation.

The development has now been delivered and our private client can look forward to enjoying a property that is not only finished to a particularly high standard but specially adapted to their needs.
