The development of two bungalows for Pembrokeshire Housing Association offered another opportunity for the Morganstone team to showcase our market-leading capabilities.

Munro Court is situated in a quiet, leafy location at the heart of Pembroke offering tenants the tranquillity needed in retirement. Despite the challenges faced when re-directing the water course, which inconveniently ran through the centre of the site, as part of the construction we built a large retaining wall as one of the first operations so that work could go ahead as planned.

The Munro Court project was successfully completed within the agreed 28-week contract period, and tenants can now enjoy this beautiful area of Pembroke thanks to our on-going partnership with Pembrokeshire Housing Association.
