Phase 4 of the Maes-Y-Ffynnon residential development at Gorslas was undertaken by Morganstone under the banner of Morganstone Homes.

Following on from the successful design and high standards of the three previous phases of Maes-Y-Ffynnon (built by Morganstone on behalf of Pennant Homes) this scheme consisted of ten residential properties of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.
