This award-winning scheme offered a milestone for the wider Morganstone brand as our work on Lucy Road was deemed ‘highly commended’ at the Local Authority Building Excellence Awards.

The South Wales development began with the demolition of an existing garage on the infill site, which was situated in an occupied residential area. Thanks to extensive community engagement, which included neighbour consultation and strict traffic management, we were able to safely remove asbestos, underground fuel tanks and ground contamination prior to construction.

The Lucy Road project was completed on time and to budget, and now the area is home to a number of happy tenants.
