Situated in the picturesque village of Letterston in Haverfordwest, this particular development was a great success for the Morganstone Construction team. The Longstone Farm project, which is now complete, began with the demolition of an old farm building on the site before our experienced team started work to construct the site’s full infrastructure. Our team also worked closely with Mill Bay Homes to assist with the project’s planning, development and cost viability.

The project introduced 11 new build homes to the village to boost this desirable location’s housing stock. The properties, which offer a selection of two to three bedroom homes, were all traditionally constructed to complement their historic surroundings.

The Longstone Farm construction was the first sales development for Mill Bay Homes, an organisation that specialises in providing a range of quality, affordable and traditional homes. Mill Bay Homes is also partnered with parent company Pembrokeshire Housing Association, who we have delivered a series of successful projects for.

All properties were sold in a short time after the opening of the show house, further reinforcing the success of the project.
