The Llangattock Road development was the first project that we completed in partnership with United Welsh Housing Association and whilst the Morganstone team faced a series of challenges due to the site’s logistics and restrictions, the project was completed efficiently and to our customer’s exact specification.

The South Wales development saw our team get involved with both the design and build of a block of six apartments, which are now conveniently located in a residential area at the heart of Cardiff. Our management team worked closely with neighbours, highways and United Welsh to site the welfare and storage facilities needed to complete the project adjacent to the site. Due to these restrictions just in time deliveries were made a priority and the timber framed construction was officially handed over to United Welsh Housing in December 2013.
