Morganstone is partnering with Beacon Cymru to bring new life to a historic building right in the heart of Swansea’s city centre. This exciting project will transform a former student accommodation block into 16 modern flats, preserving the building’s legacy while creating much-needed housing.

Our work will involve a complete internal strip-out, taking the building back to its shell. We will then carry out structural alterations and a full internal fit-out, modernising the space to a high standard. We are proud to be part of this project, which not only revitalises a beautiful building but also contributes to the ongoing regeneration of Swansea. We look forward to sharing our progress as we bring this historic gem back to its former glory.
