For this particular South Wales development work began a little closer to home for Rhondda Housing Association. The project saw the complete conversion of the former Rhondda Housing Association offices, which was transformed into a series of apartments and ground floor shop units thanks to the hard work, experience and dedication of our team.

Situated at the centre of Tonypandy, the build did come with its challenges, however, the full construction service delivered by Morganstone meant that these were overcome to create a high quality finished product.
