Morganstone are working together in partnership with Pobl to deliver the exciting new Beacon Hill development in Townhill, Swansea.
The development will transform the former University of Wales Trinity St David’s campus in to an outstanding and desirable development to live, with arguably the best views in South Wales.
The three-year project includes 165 new homes being provided for affordable sale and rent.
The development will be preserving the historically important 1912 College building, retaining its period features whilst combined with modern construction methods.
Morganstone completed the demolition phase of the project and have now commenced the groundworks phase of the development.

Beacon Hill is a redevelopment of the former University of Wales Trinity Saint David campus in Townhill Swansea on behalf of POBL. It is to include 160 mixed tenure residential units incorporating the conversion of the 1912 building and 1 retail unit. All 4 phases are currently under construction which are at various stages, with works being completed to expected deadlines. Contract completion is currently being forecast for September 2025 with the first units being offered for occupation this autumn.
