Morganstone has been appointed as Principal Contractor for the Alltwen development at Pontardawe, Swansea.

The development will re-generate the area of the former Alltwen Industrial Estate at Pontardawe.

The scheme is a mixed residential development consisting of 34 units (21 two bedroom, 10 three bedroom and 3 four bedroom homes) for rent and private sale. It continues the effective partnership between Morganstone and the Pobl Group and was completed in Spring 2020.
