Carmarthenshire Construction Training Association Limited (CCTAL)

During 2012 Morganstone became an associate member of Carmarthenshire Construction Training Association Limited (CCTAL), a training association established in Carmarthenshire in association with construction companies within the county and local training providers to provide a support structure for training and development needs required by association members and apprentices/trainees.

Since September 2012 the company has invested around of £10,000 into CCTAL, all of which has been reinvested into meeting training and development needs within the local area, in particular the training and development of young apprentices through the shared apprentice scheme established by CCTAL.
