Building Excellence Award for Parc Y Dderwen

We are celebrating at Morganstone after receiving the Award for Best High Volume Housing Development at the LABC Neath Port Talbot Building Excellence Awards last Friday. The largest business to business awards in the building control sector, the LABC regional building excellence awards recognise quality in all types of building project.

In this instance our Award, recognised the quality and build of Phase 5 of the development – Parc Y Dderwen, Pontardawe.

The ceremony, at the Towers Hotel, Jersey Marine, Swansea, recognised achievements from the area of Neath Port Talbot in the build up to the South Wales regional awards to take place in April at the Vale Resort, Hensol.  Winners from the Regional Award are automatically shortlisted for the UK final in London later this year.
