Award-winning Morganstone development enters phase three

Imble Lane, situated in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, will feature 83 properties once completed later this year, and includes a selection of one- and two-bedroom flats, two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, and a four- and a five-bedroom bungalow.

During phase two of the development 25 properties were completed. Phase three will see the completion of a further 23 properties.

The development is being constructed in partnership with Pembrokeshire Housing, who will make the properties available for affordable rent. The site is due for completion in autumn 2016.

Earlier this year the Imble Lane site picked up the prestigious Silver Considerate Constructors Award for delivering the highest levels of consideration towards the local community during its construction.

Throughout the construction of the phased development, Morganstone has been heavily involved with the local primary schools to discuss with children the dangers of playing on construction sites and potential careers within the construction industry.
