The Grampian Way development is just one of the housing association constructions that the Morganstone team have delivered since our inception in 2008. Designed and built in partnership with Coastal Housing Group, the project saw two specially adapted bungalows for disabled use introduced to the Swansea area. Located in a quiet residential area, the complete bungalows are now available for social rent.

Despite facing challenges due to the restricted size of the site, we were able to complete the project on time and to budget and the properties were officially handed over to Coastal Housing in January 2014. Our community engagement formed a vital part of the service as we kept both neighbours and Coastal Housing informed every step of the way.
