The Neath Road development in Swansea, South Wales, is just one of the projects that our team and Coastal Housing Group have collaborated on. The project involved the alteration and refurbishment of an existing office building, which was transformed into an adapted flat to boost the area’s special needs housing stock as well as to meet the needs of their disabled tenant.

With a turnaround of just 8 weeks, our experienced design team wasted no time in getting to work and the finished result incorporated a series of features to help improve the disabled tenant’s quality of life and promote independence. These features included power assisted doors, power assisted window blinds, overhead mobility hoist, rise and fall kitchen units and specialist sanitary ware.
