Continuing our partnership with Pennant Homes, delivering high quality, affordable developments throughout South Wales, Morganstone are delighted to have worked alongside them once again with a brand new development in Bridgend.

Pen Y Fai consists of 20, 4 and 5 bedroom houses across a split level site with two new access roads, all for sale through Pennant.

Construction began in July 2019 and was handed over early 2022.
