Held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cardiff last night (Wednesday 23rd May) the prestigious Awards recognised projects and developments that showed talent, vision and exceptional skills as well as transforming the lives of people in their local areas.
Thirty-one projects were shortlisted from across Wales including two involving Morganstone as their main contractor. In a field of impressive contenders, both Morganstone projects won their categories:
Situated in the centre of Swansea, Leonard Charles House, a former department store was transformed into a residential and commercial development regenerating the landmark building and contributing to the wider regeneration of the area.

The Co-operative is the first of its kind in Carmarthenshire and features 27 homes managed by the tenants. It marks a successful partnership between Morganstone, Tai Gwalia (Pobl Group), wales Co-operative Centre and Carmarthenshire Council.
