The Vivian Park Mews development saw us team up with Pennant Homes to renew our partnership once more. Their partners acquired 15 partially completed properties and planned to develop these homes to their renowned high standards.

Despite the complete transfer to Pennant Homes from a private developer, each property’s development stage varied as some were at the foundation stage whilst others were at an advanced build. The locations of the properties also varied as they were spread widely across the occupied Vivian Park Mews estate. Before construction began our team worked with the wider community through residential consultation and traffic management to ensure work could go ahead as planned with the area’s full support.

We also secured the adoption of the area’s infrastructure, sewers and structural insurances through various discussions and negotiations with relevant bodies to successfully deliver the project on time, within budget and to the highest possible standards.
