Parc Farm, Coity was Morganstone’s first development with Wales & West Housing Association.

The scheme consisted of 24 affordable units (20 houses and 4 flats) in the small village of Coity near Bridgend. The site, previously known as Parc Farm Buildings, is located south of the M4 corridor.

Morganstone was appointed as Principal Contractor and Designer to manage the detailed design for Architectural, Engineering and Landscaping elements.
