Morganstone are excited to work with Neath Port Talbot County Council on the remodelling of NPT facility at Crymlyn Burrows.

Wales has become one of the world leaders for recycling and the remodelling of the Crymlyn Burrows waste facility will further enhance the councils recycling capability. Works included

  • Removal of existing process plant and equipment,
  • Demolition works,
  • Construction works,
  • M&E including the installation of odour management and ventilation systems and waste process line.

We are delighted to be working with Neath Port Talbot Council on this exciting project and supporting the council’s move to more sustainable waste management.

Project Progress: 3rd October, 2024

We are currently 22 weeks into the contract programme and making good progress in all areas of the project. Completion date 19th December 2024
The car park to the front of site is almost complete with only landscaping and street lighting remaining.The new walkway is complete apart from some drainage connections, once these have been complete the remaining sections of the walkway will be complete.
New curbs and ducting is being installed in the new refuelling area ready for the installation of the diesel and adblu pumps.Concrete hardstand for vehicle parking is now complete, only area left to complete is the vehicle wash which we are awaiting delivery.
All pvs have now been installed on site. Internal works within the new fleet offices are currently on going. Plastering, boarding and m and e 1st fix currently on going.
